Twisting With the Stars

This quilt pattern was designed using a Layer Cake to make the Crib/Throw size (48" x 55") A queen-size quilt can be made with two Jelly Rolls plus 8 assorted 2 1/2" x 44" strips. The Jelly Roll blocks are larger than the Layer Cake version. The pattern features a clever technique that enables the Ribbon Border pieces to be created simultaneously with the Stars by incorporating an additional seam. You will have enough Ribbon Border pieces left to make a Table Runner as well! This pattern makes a lovely quilt for any time of the year and would also be a great Stash Buster pattern!
