📦 Shipping Information

All online and marketplace orders ship from our Ohio fulfillment center with secure packaging and timely delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will notify you. You may choose to wait or request a full refund.


🔄 Online & Marketplace Returns

(Applies to Website, Walmart, Amazon)

30‑Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged or incorrect)

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


🚫 Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • All in‑store fabric sales (see in‑store policy below)

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out.


🔁 Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.


🇪🇺 European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@countrysidequilts.com.


🏬 In‑Store Returns (Countryside Quilts®)

Fabric Sales — No Returns or Exchanges

For health, safety, and resale integrity, all in‑store fabric sales are final. This includes:

  • Cut yardage

  • Panels

  • Remnants

  • Fabric cut from the bolt

  • Promotional or regular‑price fabric

  • Precuts & kits

Precuts (Factory‑Sealed)

Unopened, factory‑sealed precuts (jelly rolls, charm packs, layer cakes) may be returned within 14 days with receipt.

Defective or Mis‑Cut Fabric

If your fabric has a manufacturer defect or was mis‑cut by our staff, bring it back with your receipt. We will make it right.

Altered Fabric

Fabric that has been washed, cut, sewn, ironed, or exposed to odors or pet hair is not eligible for return.

Clearance Fabric

All clearance and red‑tag fabric is final sale.

Notions & Tools

Most unopened notions and tools may be returned within 14 days with receipt. Opened needles, rotary blades, and consumables are final sale.
