Making a fun, trendy garment doesn’t get any simpler than this! Throw it on to dress up a pair of jeans and long sleeve tee or wear it outdoors when it’s not quite cold enough for a coat. All you need to make this fringed wrap is 1-5/8 yards of a comfy flannel or wool fabric and a spool of thread.
