Interfacings do not need to be prewashed. 2.\tCut interfacings according to pattern instructions. 3.\tPreheat your iron to a medium or wool setting with NO STEAM. 4.\tPlace the rough side – or glue side – on the back side or wrong side of the materials to be fused. 5.\tCover with a light, dry pressing cloth. Press and hold the iron in place with medium pressure for 10-12 seconds.
